Sister to owner Kate Maria, Jessica has been hand groomed in this industry from an early age. Following in her sister’s footsteps, Jessica started out as an Escrow Assistant for North American Title Company and also worked as a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator for Beyond Virtual Tours. She joined forces with Kate as a Transaction Coordinator for Mason McDuffie in 2012 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from multiple fields in the industry.  Working closely with Kate, Jessica has been able to clone the elite skills which make them both invaluable assets to Realtors. Jessica was a critical piece which enabled the growth of Seamless Transactions and she works as the right hand to Kate as the only other Transaction Coordinator trained on the complex varieties of all broker accounts managed by the company.  ​​

Prior to establishing Seamless Transactions, Kate Maria climbed the corporate ladder at Mason McDuffie Real Estate. It was during her time there she first had a vision of running her own company. Starting out as a Transaction Coordinator for their Fremont branch, Kate developed a passion for helping Realtors with the technical aspects of their transactions and she acquired elite skills which made her an invaluable asset. Kate’s acute attention to detail, ability to identify and solve problems, and her unparalleled responsiveness quickly earned her a management position within the company. While she was able to train and lead a successful team there, she soon felt confined by the corporate setting. By venturing off she is able to offer her services industry wide and create a place where her employees can feel truly valued.

I fell in love with the Real Estate Industry over 17 years ago, I have worked for some of the largest Real Estate Firms in Northern California transacting sales in San Francisco, Oakland, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Jose and many other cities surrounding these areas, I love what I do, assisting Real Estate Agents with the every day tasks involved with the listing and sales of Real Estate, I strive to lighten the work loads of my Agents so they can go out and do what they do best, Sell Homes! Jessica Parisi began her Real Estate career in 2008 as an office administrator and she quickly became the personal assistant to the top producing team of the brokerage. Her Keen organization skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner make her a valuable addition to a Relators team. Her strong work ethic, reliability, and excellence in keeping information organized carried over very well as a Transaction Coordinator. Jessica is great at maintaining the transaction checklist and communicating with all parties to keep everyone informed throughout the escrow process.
